このTシャツは「吊り編み機」によって編まれています。

「吊り編み機」とは希少な旧式の編み機のことです。

ゆっくりと編立られ、生産効率は低いのですが、余分なテンションがかからずに、糸本来の柔らかい風合いを生かすことができる旧式編み機です。

「吊り編み機」で編まれたTシャツは、ボディの脇部に縫い目がない、いわゆる「丸胴」に仕上がる仕様が最大の特徴です。

現在は量産を重視した高速の編み機が主流になっていますが、あえて生産効率の低い「吊り編み機」で編むことで、空気を含んで柔らかくも、コシのある強い丸胴生地に編み上がります。

また、はぎ目のない服なので、洋服の縫い目が肌に当たらず着心地も良い利点もあります。

長年の洗濯や着用にも耐えるしっかりさと、着心地の良いしなやかさを併せ持った生地です。

着用を繰り返すことで、生地が馴染み、さらにコットン特有の風合いと着心地の良い柔らかさが生まれてきます。

また、このTシャツには、ガーメントダイウォッシュ加工がかけられています。

そのため、Tシャツには、程よいオールド感とヴィンテージ感が生まれ、クラシックな印象を与えるTシャツに仕上げられています。

ネックリブ(襟周り)は着用を繰り返しても伸びにくい特徴を持つ、耐久性に優れたバインダーネック2本針仕様です。
